Port, marina and berth. It tells us access, currents and whether we need to clear anything with the terminal.
When she was last cleaned or inspected
Roughly is fine. The interval tells us more about what we will find than a description of the growth does.
What you are actually seeing
Fuel burn up, speed down, vibration, something fouled on the running gear, or just a scheduled interval coming due.
